DevDataPhone is a developer tool designed strictly for:

  • Software testing and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Database seeding for development environments.
  • Educational purposes regarding E.164 standards.

You are strictly prohibited from: using these numbers for fraudulent activities, spamming, harassment, identity theft, or bypassing authentic verification systems (e.g., OTP bypass).

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS". While we strive for E.164 syntax compliance and aim to use reserved ranges (e.g., 555-01xx in the US), we do not guarantee that every generated number is routed, active, or currently unassigned by real-world carriers. You use this data at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevDataPhone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the generated data.
